  1. Not much to do between meals, lecturers put you to sleep, long walk to most of the activities and dining room, BUT will continue to keep them as a backup as the food was fantastic. Buffet lines were very long, so keep your elbows moving so you don't get pushed out of the way. A very low to middle class crowd, but if you have some friends there with you or can meet people then you will have a good time.

  2. food was delicious, wonderfully presented and excellent, Yom Tov was all meat meals except for breakfast, with an unbelievable Kiddush after shul before lunch. Kiddush consisted of varied items -beef, sweetbreads, chicken livers, chopped liver, sushi, etc. Meat meals were served on Yom Tov, for the most part and consisted of excellent soups, salads, a beef, veal or lamb or entrée an imaginative chicken choice, a fish choice and a vegetable choice . As opposed to other places, where the fish can be a less enjoyable afterthought, the fish was top notch and very enjoyable. Chilean Sea Bass was served twice and was excellent. There were buffets for breakfast that consisted of hot eggs, alternated daily between French Toast, Pancakes, Blintzes, etc. There was always smoked fish;the lox was plentiful, top quality with various types daily. There were also cheeses, cereals, Quinoa oatmeal, omelettes etc. Chol Hamoed lunches were buffets, with fish , vegetables, blintzes, omelettes, salads, paninis, pizza etc. The buffets were always quite manageable , especially as breakfast and lunch are always staggered , with people coming in as they like. There were two theme night buffets-Asian and Western . The food was excellent. Asian night consisted of egg rolls, ribs, pepper steak, chicken chow mein , fried quinoa ( made to resemble fried rice) . Western night topped it all-sausages, chili, lamb ribs, veal ribs, duck , and more I don't remember. Even then , when everyone came in at the same time, the buffet flow was fine . There was plenty of food, every thing was refilled as needed. Entertainment was great this year- I loved the singers on Chol Hamoed and the comedian and hypnotist on Yom Tov. They do a casino night right after the first days just after Yom Tov ends;this is a great way to meet people. We spent the days shopping , playing golf, and relaxing on the boardwalk. Our son has spent many years enjoying the sand here. The lectures were quite enjoyable from Shiurim to lectures about Israel. The lectures were quite personable and happy to spent time after their lecture was over. The hotel was redone about two to three years and is quite attractive yet comfortable. People were friendly and down to earth. Overall, I had a great Pesach with my family!
